Who are you?

I’m Cap or Pack Rat, and thanks for checking out my faq. I am a queer, nonbinary, and autistic fursuit maker from the Pacific Northwest, currently in Idaho. I have been crafting fursuits since 2021, in addition to making costumes for over 15 years.

How do I commission you?

First, read my ToS before you send in a quote. My pricing page has a calculator which will total your base cost, but complexity will determine the final price.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for any orders over $400.

Which payment methods do you accept?

At this time I only accept PayPal.

What will my order contain?

Aside from your physical products, every custom commission will come with an “Adoption Kit”. This is a packet for your future reference with important information about your suit or parts. This will include:

  • Swatches, labeled.
  • Your reference photo, labeled.
  • Sizing.
  • Creation date.
  • DTD return.
  • Padding info.
  • Washing and Care Info.

How can I take care of my suit?

Check out my Suit Care page for in-depth information.

What species/parts can you make?

I can make heads, paws, feet, tails, and arm sleeves. Additionally, I can tailor custom clothing for your suits, and make sandals for your beans! Check my Gallery for my work.

How long before I get my parts/suit?

Each suit is unique, because of this I can’t give a set amount of time it would take me to make your vision come true. I can safely say however no commission will ever take over a year to be made and shipped, and most will likely be done within 6 months.

How much will shipping cost?

All commissions will be insured before shipping. Shipping costs vary, but prices range from around $20-50 for parts and $50-200 for heads and fullsuits, depending on the size and number of boxes needed. Customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

I ship to the address provided on PayPal if you do not specify otherwise.

Will you install hidden zippers or make murrsuits/adult parts?

Yes. Any suit can be made with hidden zippers / SPH’s, just mark on your DTD where you want them to go, same with nipples and sheaths.
