By sending a request for a quote, you agree that you have read my Terms of Service. Quotes are good for 90 days once received.

Your place in the queue is an estimate and may change based on payments, communication, cancellations, and material availability. The queue is on my Trello.

Ordering

Payment

After we come to an agreement, I will request a 30% non-refundable deposit for materials. Once I begin work on the suit, you must pay the remaining balance, or set up a payment plan. Payment plans are available for orders over $400 dollars. 

If you miss two payments and fail to respond to communication attempts within 30 days I will consider your commission abandoned. I may then modify and sell it at my discretion.

PayPal is currently the only accepted method of payment. Custom-made goods are not eligible for PayPal’s standard buyer refund protections once work has begun.

Refunds

If you are purchasing a premade item, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

The 30% deposit on materials for customs is non-refundable. 

If you choose to cancel your commission after I have started the suit, you give me permission to modify it and sell it. If I have completed less than 75% of your commission then I will issue a partial refund.

Deadlines

I make no promise that your suit will be delivered by a specific deadline.

I will send you WIP images during the process of making your suit, so if you see an error, point it out!  If you do not point out anything wrong in WIP images, errors may not be eligible for correction after completion.

Pictures of my works

You grant me permission to post WIPs to my Trello and finished works to my Gallery, unless you opt out in writing.

Please let me know if you object to the modeling of your suit.

Shipping

I ship and insure all commissions via USPS, unless a different carrier is specified.

Customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

I ship to the address provided on PayPal if you do not specify otherwise.

Warranty and Repairs

Every suit comes with a 1-year warranty (from the date you received your suit) against construction defects. Reach out to me with pictures of the damage to access repairs needed and to obtain a quote. Damage associated with normal wear and tear (popped armpit seam, bent zipper teeth etc.) or poor maintenance is not covered. Covered repairs have free shipping. 

I can also perform non-warranty or non-covered repairs, but the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

You must clean you suit before sending it back, or you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

Any modifications/alterations/repairs done to the suit by someone other than myself will void your warranty with me. 

My Rights and Responsibilities

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

I have the right to terminate a commission if I feel the commissioner is going against the TOS or in the following circumstances:

• You harass, disparage, or malign other clients or potential clients, including those on any of our social media or sales platforms
• You have misrepresented any material terms of the agreement, including falsely claiming to be 18 or older, utilizing a payment method or account that you are not authorized to use, or using false identification credentials
• You are found to have clear affiliations with hate groups or groups advocating violence. 
• You are found to actively engage in hate speech, discrimination, or bullying of people based upon race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other status outside their control.

Allergy Warning

I construct commissions in a home that houses dogs and rabbits. Please keep this in mind should you decide to commission me.
